Stéphane is a strategy consultant for growing companies.
In 2005, he obtained an MBA from HEC Paris in strategy and leadership after studying finance at a business school in France and obtaining a diploma in corporate accounting in Germany.
He also participated in the MIT Boston Bootcamp program. For more than 20 years, Stéphane has worked in the manufacturing and traditional service industries as a member of management committees.
He had the opportunity to participate in 2 LBOs (Leveraged Buyouts) as CFO in the first one and as CEO in the second one with American and European investment funds. It was during this period that he became an expert in operational excellence. Since 2015, he has developed his own consulting business for growth companies in which he regularly invests.
He was the founding president ofa regional investment fund in France. He brings to his clients an expertise in strategy and business development that combines both the "old economy" and the emerging world of tomorrow. Stéphane works throughout Europe with a particular focus on France, Germany and Switzerland.
He is a business and strategy expert accredited by the European Commission for innovative companies with high potential in fields as varied as industry, the Internet of Things, nanotechnology or MedTech. He is also a mentor-assessor for the European health gas pedal, EIT Health, and works with incubators and competitiveness clusters in his two main areas of expertise: value proposition and business model.
Stéphane is an associate member of theEuropean Business Angels Network (EBAN) based in Brussels and an inter-company mediator with the Paris Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration (CMAP).
