50 of the best European deep tech companies raising in series B or C were selected out of over 3000 candidates to be part of the EIC Scaling Up TOP50 listing.
Launched in 2021, EIC ScalingUp is a program financed by the European Commission to empower European deeptech startups to grow beyond series B. Those startups were already qualified by the European Commission through the European Innovation Council (EIC) programme that funded them.
The 50 finalists were selected by a Selection Committee composed of 30 high-level investors and experts from all Europe, who chose the best startups based on their growth potential, out of former beneficiaries of European Innovation Council (EIC) programmes.
The TOP50 listing includes startups in three areas: Digital, Health and Sustainability and provides a clear view of the European deeptech startups to look out for in the future.
