Battery cooling by immersion of the cells

The thermal management of a battery is essential for all its performance: recharge time, power density and energy, aging and of course safety.

Standard technology on the market – cold plate cooling with waterglycol – can cause short circuits and has a limit on recharge time performance.

E-MERSIV batteries use a dielectric fluid in direct contact with cells with heat exchange up to 100 times more efficient than water-glycol.

Its BMS are designed and configured to ensure a maximum level of safety for the batteries and optimize their performance: autonomy, lifetime, consumption, thanks to the ability to set up the algorithms very precisely.
