You are a growing company, I am your strategy and financing consultant

In 2005, I obtained a MBA at HEC Paris in strategy and leadership after studying finance at a business school in France and obtaining a diploma in corporate accounting in Germany. I also participated in the Bootcamp program of MIT Boston.

For more than 20 years, I have worked in the manufacturing and related services industries as a member of management committees. I had the opportunity to participate in 2 LBOs (Leveraged Buyouts) as chief financial officer in the first one and as managing director in the second one with American and European investment funds. It was during this period that I became an expert in operational excellence. I was also the founder of of a regional investment fund in France, of which I was Chairman for 3 years.

Since 2015, I have been self-employed developing my own consulting business for growing companies. I bring to my clients an expertise in strategy and business development that combines both "the old economy" and the emerging world of tomorrow. I work mainly in Europe with a special focus on France, Germany and Switzerland.

I am an accredited expert with the European Commission for innovative companies with high potential in fields as varied as industry, the Internet of Things, nanotechnology or MedTech. In this capacity, I mainly intervene within the EIC Accelerator (17.5 € million and more per project) to support high potential companies. I am also a mentor-evaluator for the European Health Accelerator (EIT Health) and evaluator for the EIT Food.

My areas of focus are value proposition, business model, partnership system and fundraising preparation.

I have recently been appointed as an expert at Innosuisse the Swiss Federal Innovation Agency, with the main mission to evaluate and support startups in the Swiss Accelerator program (CHF 2.5 million per project).

I am also a member of the  European Business Angels Network (EBAN) and I have invested in more than 15 early-stage startups to date.
